John Van Clief or John VanClief and His Legal Problems

Once upon a time there was a man named John Van Clief or John VanClief. In 2005 Randolph Blum started doing business with John Van Clief or John VanClief who owed a company called Spaha Capital Management. Over time Randolph Blum realized John Van Clief or John VanClief doing business as Spaha Capital Management was lying. Randolph Blum did a background check on John Van Clief or John VanClief and discovered there were a lot of liens, judgments and bankruptcies against him. John Van Clief or John VanClief then in addition to owning Spaha Capital Management started a new company called The Radbourne Property Group or just Radbourne Property Group.
Randolph Blum sued John Van Clief or John VanClief doing business as the Spaha Capital Management and won a $400,000 judgment against John Van Clief or John VanClief doing business as Spaha Capital Management. This judgment became a lien against John Van Clief or John VanClief doing business as Spaha Capital Management and maybe even will force John Van Clief or John VanClief doing business as Spaha Capital Management to declare bankruptcies. John Van Clief or John VanClief using The Radbourne Property Group or just the Radbourne Property Group opened a skate park in Orlando Florida called Radbourne Skatepark   or the Radbourne Skate Center in Orlando Florida. John Van Clief or John VanClief doing business as Spaha Capital Management then used monies he got from investors investing in The Radbourne Property Group or just the Radbourne Property Group to pay off Randolph Blum’s judgment, lien against Spaha Capital Management. These investors thought they were giving John Van Clief or John VanClief doing business as Spaha Capital Management monies for The Radbourne Property Group or just Radbourne Property Group in the building of the Radbourne Skatepark or the Radbourne Skate Center in Orlando Florida. Soon all these investors who gave John Van Clief or John VanClief doing business as Spaha Capital Management and has many liens, judgments and bankruptcies will also be suing John Van Clief or John VanClief doing business as Spaha Capital Management for the money they gave John Van Clief or John VanClief doing business as Spaha Capital Management as investments in  The Radbourne Property Group or Radbourne Property Group for not building the Radbourne Skate Park Orlando Florida or the   Radbourne Skate Center  Orlando.

  1. After reading the web site www.john-van-clief.com I can see why I would not do business with him. Sounds like a Ponzi or Pyramid scam to me

    1. People like Van Clief need to be behind bars, I wonder how he even gets people to invest with him after reading the web site www.john-van-clief.com.If people are stupid enough not to research him before they give him money then shame on them

  2. Good day, My name is Justin Kerin, owner of Just Dance Entertainment a local production and events company in Central Florida. Back in November of 2014 I was contact by an assistant of John Vanclief (through the website www.thumbtack.com) who was helping to plan an event for their opening of the Skate Park in the Orlando area. We worked out the costs and details for the rental and we were there the next day to deliver and setup the equipment. We were told that they had to pay us in installments so 1/3 of the bill was paid upon our arrival. After the end of the event both John Vanclief and his Assistant Jennifer said everything was to their liking and they would send me the remaining balance in a check once they returned to NY. After multiple e-mails to them both and phone calls to Mr Vanclief's office I never once received a response or an attempt to settle of the debt of the services and gear rental we provided.

  11. John is a charming person who is largely optimistic and does not give details a second thought. He has a working understanding of the legal morass he creates - the trend is- as seemingly only Mr. Bloom has succeeded in reversing - most people he charms lose their investment. My personal experiences are many - and end like most others on this page. The more Van Clief gets away with the more brazen he becomes. Someday - and I hope its soon - he will have to face who he is, the numerous stories woven, and be stopped by the laws of the US. If contacted I suggest - as do many others in this blog - to politely decide if you wish to donate to the 'Van Clief Club' and feel as foolish as I am sure anyone who has fleeced by him feels OR politely - and as fast as possible - run in the opposite direction.

  12. Why don't you contact Mr.Blum on his web site www.blumvsspahacap.com like I did. Mr.Blum is very friendly and gave me a lot of info about Van Clief. Mr.Blum said he is building a case with his experiences and other people who contacted him and his ultimate goal is to take it to the NY DA's office for criminal prosecution. He also wants to help other people like me and you who have been ripped off by Van Clief try to recover their money.
